I used to use "Smart Tweets For Pages" in Facebook, but now, I have to administer the Twitter pages that I want to feed to my Facebook page. RSS Graffiti is delayed a little bit. Why is my twitter updates showing on my Yahoo Messenger when they are not linked together?

I already checked Yahoo Messenger and it's showing that Twitter is not linked to my Yahoo Messenger but it still showing all my updates from twitter. I want my twitter updates to stay with my twitter followers. And I don't recall linking them in the first place. Help please.
