I'm starting a brand new business and would like to keep the start up costs low.I have no experience with website design.I love some of the pre made templates that I've come across that range around $50-70, however I don't have the time or experience even to work with these.

Any helpful suggestions as to whether I should hire an affordable web designer(some online "start at" $199.) or try to just go with a pre made template…..???
So I'm not sure how I should proceed.Any suggestions would be very much appreciated…THANKS!!!!

I have a dell inspiron 1525. I run Age of Empires 3 on it, but it can't run smoothly unless i change the graphics options to 16 bit, resolution all the way down, shading off, etc… Even at this state it can still get choppy if there's too much going on. What graphics card should i get for it and how much would it cost?

I dont think its my processor because i got a 2.40 gigahertz Intel Core 2 Duo which fits the requirements of the game.

I want to be a web developer (possibly self employed) that makes quite a bit of money. However, I'm more interested in getting a philosophy degree than an IT degree. Should I get a certificate in web development or just teach myself as I'm getting a philosophy degree?

What are employers really looking for in web developers? Does the degree matter?
