What web development tools are there that allow you to develop web content with flashy graphics and animation?

June 15th, 2010 by LookOutGFX.com

I have come across multiple web pages with different styles and layouts. I am interested in developing web pages that are rich in graphics and animation. This I have found out is called dynamic content.

What web development tools are there allowing the development of graphic and animated rich web pages?
