its realy easy u need photoshop tho you can download it on the internet for a month free them from ther is you need help on how to use photoshop look up on youtube photo tools and it will explains all the tools

That can be done a number of ways, but first of all you have to understand at least a bit of how to draw. I'd say get a sketchbook and start trying different things. Then worry about what software will help. A computer and fancy software are merely tools, just like a sheet of paper and a pencil. It's what you are willing to do to learn, how much time and effort, and really how much you are willing to just try things and keep working them that will determine what you'll be able to do.
